Politique : Maurice Kamto demande à l'Assemblée nationale de mettre fin au pouvoir de Paul Biya

Déterminé à mettre fin au magistère de Paul Biya , le président du MRC a saisi l'Assemblée Nationale afin de constater la vacance de pouvoir .Maurice Kamto s'insurge contre l'absence prolongée et inexplicable du Chef de l'État .
À chaque fois , qu'il fait une sortie le Sécrétaire  à la communication du RDPC le Pr Famé Ndongo réagit .
C'est parti encore pour une guerre épistolaire .

Voici le communiqué de Maurice Kamto

Mes chers compatriotes, face à la situation politique inédite dans laquelle se trouve notre pays, caractérisée par l’absence prolongée et inexpliquée du Chef de l’Etat en fonction, j'ai décidé d'agir, comme j’avais prévenu dans ma Déclaration du 3 avril dernier.
La loi réserve au seul Président de l’Assemblée nationale, après avis conforme du Bureau de cette Institution, le privilège de la saisine du Conseil constitutionnel aux fins du constat de la vacance de la Présidence de la République. Elle n’indique pas qui peut solliciter le Président de l’Assemblée nationale à cette fin. Elle ouvre ainsi cette possibilité à tout citoyen ou organisation politique. C’est pourquoi j'ai saisi, par un moyen laissant trace, le Président et le Bureau de l'Assemblée nationale, afin qu’en leur âme et conscience, ils assument leurs responsabilités devant vous et devant l'histoire. J'ai pris les miennes.

My dear compatriots, in the face of the unprecedented political situation in which our country finds itself, characterized by the prolonged and unexplained absence of the Head of State in office, I have decided to act, in accordance with my Statement dated 3 April 2020.
According to the law, it is the sole privilege of the Speaker of the National Assembly, acting with the assent of the Bureau of this Institution, to seize the Constitutional Council for the purpose of establishing a power vacancy at the Presidency of the Republic. The law does not say who can solicit the President of the National Assembly for this purpose. It thus opens this possibility to any citizen or political organization. This is why I have seized in writing, with evidence of receipt thereof, the Speaker and the Bureau of the National Assembly, so that in good conscience, they assume their responsibilities before you and before history. I have taken mine.
